Oh wow! I was totally not expecting this, but I'm so humbled it happened!

I hope it was because I had a really good entry this week, and not because of any popularity contest or anything. I'm really hoping, as I relayed to [livejournal.com profile] deyaniera last night, that this ends up being more of a contest based on our ability to write entries that grab the reader, or fire up the imagination, or are poignant in some way.

Thanks to all who voted for me.

I don't mind bringing back contestants who were kind of "knocked out" rather than voluntarily left. So, with that said, I'd like to see [livejournal.com profile] brandedeclipse and [livejournal.com profile] lifeofjason return to the contest, if they are up for it.
