I'm off today because it costs Current Employer too much to employ me and my fellow FT coworkers on a holiday (they'd have to pay us time-and-a-half plus holiday pay, in other words). Instead, I get straight time for today and comp time. No, no, I'm not irked at all. Why do you ask? :irk:

Anyway, today will be spent doing all the household things I neglected last week, a Costco run, and playing with The Kidz. Easy does it, though -- I've got 2 other days off besides today :)
