Which means that everyone will be posting today. I'd say "a rush of entries", but there aren't enough people left to make much of a rush of anything!
But if you ARE one of the people still left in the competition - hopefully you are busy putting the finishing touches on your entry!

It's almost the weekend already. I need to work more on a freelance article that is due soon. I just keep hitting my head against the wall on it, coming up with new angles to see what is going to work. Right now it just looks like five different pieces. :)
Hopefully I can manage to fix it so it's a little more coherent.

Date: 2019-03-28 10:21 pm (UTC)First, good luck to everybody still left in the competition. I am looking forward to reading what everyone has for this week.
Second, I have been working on myself lately and on putting together something for my future. I submitted things for publication to some journals and I'm supposed to hear back by May. I also applied to some post bacc programs so that I can make the transition to med school easier. But that meant that I had to choose between a very fulfilling job and what I want to do with the rest of my life.
I have not been happier at work than since the moment I told everyone I was leaving in May, so I am choosing to take this as a good sign that I made the right choice.
