I keep telling myself that I need to get started on something for my capstone project. I just don't know where to start so I'm doing nothing instead. It isn't a thesis paper but a whole bunch of different pieces that actually rely on other people. Today, I think my goal is to come up with a plan of attack. Maybe a list of every single little thing I have to do will serve as a motivator to stop procrastinating.

Either that, or I'll watch my latest Netflix DVD (Peter's Friends).

Oh yeah, I also have an Idol question - are people making their own spreadsheets or lists as they read the introductions? I read about 3 pages of entries and then realized there would a whole lot more but I wasn't keeping track and so I would basically have to go back and look at them all over again. For now, I've stopped reading because I'm waiting for the experts to create the magical Idol spreadsheet.

I can't say I don't have time to make one as I go since I've been doing a whole lot of nothing lately but it feels too much like "something" to make a spreadsheet and thus makes me feel guilty for not working on my capstone.
My brain really annoys me sometimes.

I'm making mine as I go, with the knowledge that I might start over and transfer the information. No one will have a full spreadsheet until signups are over, but I didn't want to wait that long to start reading entries. I've probably read fifty entries or so, and there's no way I can remember that many yes or no votes from one minute to the next. :)

I figure I'll make mine after the poll goes up, so everyone is on there and alphabetized for me.

My thought is that since Topic 0 is optional, and nobody will be eliminated, I'll just vote for anyone who wrote an entry! =)
